The Moroccan Bakery

It’s been a little over 6 months since we opened and it has been blur.  From managing couriers, refining our production process, marketing, social media, trade-shows, catering orders, accounting, the list goes on and on…  And if you are a business owner, you know exactly what we’re talking about.


There certainly have been a lot of lessons learned on our part; mainly in the art of production, because it’s quite different baking for the family vs. baking for customers.  The great news is, we haven’t received a single complaint since we’ve opened – nothing but kudos and amazement at how good our goodies taste (please don’t use this as an excuse to send negative feedback J)


Over the past few months we’ve been working on our strategy for 2014.  Lots of opportunity abound, but hampered by the finite-ness of time…


Prioritizing seems to be the word of the year…
