Another member of the Ghrabiya family, this one is made from grounded almonds, with hints of cinnamon and orange blossom.  Topped with a whole almond and peppered with icing sugar, this amazing almond cookie starts off crunchy and finishes chewy.  Comes in the two colours of our national flag: Red or Green.  Both taste amazing and slightly patriotic as well.
