Take the best of Ka'ab Ghazal and Chebakia, mix it all together, form a triangle, and you have yourself a briouat (bree-wats).  This deliciously addictive dessert is a phylo wrapped pastry wrapped around a sweet almond filling, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, and dipped in a honey-based glaze of awesomeness.  It's ridiculously good.

Comes either fried or baked.  Baked has a lighter finish.
