The darbooga is the foundational rhythm section of most Moroccan music.  Lets commemorate it by eating a cookie shaped like it :)

Sweet almond filling, hints of orange blossom, wrapped in a light crusty pastry, topped with sliced almonds, and glazed with a honey based glaze.  So sweet and oh so delicious.
